Spruce has had the buyers email information for over a month. My understanding is that there isn’t any paperwork from your sale in 2018 showing that the solar lease was transferred to you. They cant just create it without researching the history and showing you have the rights to the solar. If you saw a 17 page document as you stated below, that transfers the lease to you, that would be helpful. That is what we have been asking for. If you have that, or can get it from your previous buyers agent or escrow company, please do.
