Our records indicate our customer’s concerns are getting addressed. We are pending replacement equipment. Once received, we will follow up with our customer to schedule an appointment. Spruce Power is constantly working on streamlining our processes to ensure our customers are provided better care for their sustainable futures.

Spruce Power is constantly working on improving service levels for our customers in order to provide a better, more sustainable future.
The Solar has been NOT producing, not sure since how long but when I asked for the first time on May 4th2021, there has been no response even after writing so many emails or making telephone calls towards making an attempt to repair or provide the service which is causing a lots of pain and deficiency of service especially in this summer when the power generation is at its peak .That would cause loss to me and correspondingly increasing the **** bills which is not serving the purpose of Solar even after paying such a hefty amount.
I request hereby to resolve the issue at the earliest or refund at least the *** * Bill amount since the system has gone down if the service cannot be provided soon and the problem cannot be addressed soon. Contract -******* Thanks, Santhosh

I got no response for days and then a weird email telling me i can pay my bill on the phone as their online billing is down. I finally got a real response after about 7 emails where they told me to chose a different option when calling.
They answered on April 27,2021, saw in my file that I sold, and the panels were transferred but the new owner had never been put in or billed. They said it would be fixed but today MAY 24th,2021. I got another bill. Try calling a on hold for 20 minutes, so I emailed them. will probably take more than 2 days for a response saying to call again.
